Ampthill Gazebo up for sale

I see the little place where the silversmith used to be is up for sale:

A Grade II Listed George II red brick built gazebo, which once was in the former garden of Katherine of Aragon. Legend has it that The Gazebo is on the site where Katherine taught the people to make lace although unlikely as the building is Georgian in its origin.

The property comprises a triangular two storey Georgian summer house with a stone staircase on the southern side giving access to the first floor with a single Wc. and ground floor lock up shop with access on the southern side and shop window to Dunstable Street.
