What on earth is a 'detached unit.?

I really cannot believe that CBC is allowing this development---one step too far.

an odd phrase detached unit, wonder why not a house? Not much to see yet, all appears to be coming soon.

I expect all the road names will be of shrubs and flowers? They can't pick tree names - that has already been done on the estate off Abbey Lane.
I wonder what they will call the new estate next to the Tidy Tip. specially as it abuts the old sewage works that served Ampthill for many years.
"The Skrappers" Seems to cover it!! :lol:
