Can't log on

Postby Sagitar » Sat Dec 03, 2011 1:39 pm

I am sending this message from my lap-top which logs me in automatically.

If I try to log on manually from my desk-top machine I get the following error message:

Warning: Unknown(/home/aroundaorg/public_html/forum/ucp.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

Warning: (null)() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/aroundaorg/public_html/forum/ucp.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in Unknown on line 0

I have written a couple of "help" messages on the "Contact Us" page but without any response. I suppose the problem could be at my end but I am lost to understand it. I am not having any problems with other sites that I use.

Any assistance would be welcomed.

Problem should now be sorted - host had moved the site but forgot to reset permissions on all files

we seem to be having problems again - they are supposed to be moving the web site to another server so that maybe the cause.

I can't check my private message - email me if you need to carolyn@craftsbycarolyn.co.uk

sorry it looks like the problems are a little deeper than we thought, and anyone that isn't normally 'always logged on' will not be able to log on at the moment. We are working on it...
